For Christmas, I got a "Back to the roots" aquafarm, and was impressed that within a week of simply sprinkling the seeds over the growstones, I had very tiny Basil plants!
So, I decided to do something slightly larger in scale and build a rain tower (look up tomorrow's garden).
After the experience I had and watching how well they worked personally, I thought I would pick up a bag of growstones to experiment with as I was building the actual tower (did a few deep water culture buckets with an air pump, bucket, big net pot and growstones).
After purchasing the bag, I realized that I had purchased the wrong size, and that the hydroponics store did not have the small bag of the larger stones. So, I contacted the company.
I have yet to have such amazing customer service! They appear to be a pretty personal company, where you can talk to someone who will help you (I think it was the owner?).
Not only did they send me more than I was expecting (ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS MINE!), but were very good to me in the process.
This product has turned out to be exceptional in every way, with the air to water ratio being good enough to make everyone happy and growing with no work from me, plus it is light weight enough to not make it heavy on the tower.
Beyond having an amazing product, their customer service is beyond compare, with a small town type personalness.
I can not say enough good things about this amazing company!!!!!
